All higher degree studies taken by way of research only are under the control of the Academic Board through the Board of the Graduate Research School. These degrees are governed by the University General Rules for Academic Courses set out in the Student Procedures, Rules and Policies section of this handbook. See also the 'Graduate Research and Scholarship Policies and Guidelines' in the Graduate Research School section of this handbook. All postgraduate studies by coursework and dissertation or by coursework are administered by the Faculty Board of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. |
