3.2.13.1(1) The Student Rules apply to students in this course.

(2) The policy, policy statements and guidance documents and student procedures apply, except as otherwise indicated in the rules for this course.

Applicability of the Faculty general provisions for bachelor's degrees
3.2.13.3 The Faculty general provisions for bachelor's degrees in 3.2.1 apply to the course.

Course structure
3.2.13.4 The course consists of units to a total value of 192 points for the pass degree and 204 points for the honours degree comprising—

(a) all units in Table 3.2.12a (Bachelor of Music core units) or alternatives as approved by the Faculty on the recommendation of the School of Music—90 points

and

(b) all units in Table 3.2.13a (Bachelor of Music Education core units)—60 points

and

(c) one unit from Group C in Table b (Graduate Diploma in Education options) in the Faculty of Education Rules—6 points

and

(d)(i) MUSC4701 Instrumental and Vocal Music Teaching Practice 1 and MUSC4702 Instrumental and Vocal Music Teaching Practice 2—6 points

or

(ii) one Faculty of Education curriculum unit to the value of six points approved by the Head or Course Adviser of the School of Music;

and

(e) three non-music units approved by the Head or Course Adviser of the School of Music—18 points

and

(f)(i) for pass degree students, units to the value of 12 points comprising one unit from Table 3.2.12e (Bachelor of Music options) excluding:
