Congratulations on your decision to study commerce at UWA. The Bachelor of Commerce is a broad degree course that develops your analytical, communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on factors that drive economic behaviour at the individual and organisational levels. Throughout your course, you will have the opportunity to interact with real companies, learn about global economic issues, work on real case studies and develop business plans for real world challenges. The knowledge and skills you gain will allow you to pursue a career in the public, private or not-for-profit sectors. Whichever major(s) you choose, and whatever your direction, the Bachelor of Commerce will provide you with the skills upon which to build a successful and rewarding career.
