Being a UWA student can be more than just an academic experience. There are many opportunities to become involved in a wide range of groups, activities and events that will engage you in campus life, the student community and provide you with many valuable, rewarding and enjoyable experiences.
The Guild-run clubs and societies are a good place to start, and with over 100 currently active groups, you are sure to find some that spark your interest. Guild clubs and societies range from social and sporting clubs to intellectual and international groups and faculty societies.
There are also other groups and activities available on campus.
UWA Sports runs sports clubs, evening social sports and recreational courses that are available to students. More information on sporting opportunities, including inter-faculty, inter-college and inter-university sport, can be found on the UWA Sports website.
You may also want to consider the range of practical components, experience and activities available in your faculty or discipline area as well as other opportunities such as tutoring and mentoring.
For more information on what is available in your faculty or discipline, contact your assigned Student Office.
