Unit Overview

Description

This unit develops students' expertise in the planning and assessment of targeted interventions in research relevant for secondary education (years 7-12). In doing so, students will develop a research proposal including a Literature Review, methodology and structured intervention. Intervention topics may include literacy, numeracy, specific pedagogies, general capabilities and student wellbeing. Students will also undertake an investigation of a key area in their curriculum area or a related area and consider the importance of research evidence in teaching and learning.
