                  1 Students in the Bachelor of Arts single degree course who choose a major in European Studies must include a second major in their course.

                  3.2.2.23(1) The major consists of units to a total value of 48 points comprising—

                  (a) Level 1 European Studies units to the value of 12 points from Table 3.2.2a (Bachelor of Arts options);

                  and

                  (b) all units in Table 3.2.2uA (European Studies core units);

                  and

                  (c) units to the value of 12 points from Table 3.2.2uB (European Studies major options).

                  (2) Students may substitute Level 1 units from History, English, French, German, Italian, Greek, Latin or Ancient History for the units required under (1)(a).

                  (3) If a student is unable to satisfy the requirements of the major due to the unavailability of units in Table 3.2.2uA (European Studies core units), they may substitute units from Table 3.2.2uB (European Studies major options) for units required under (1)(b) of equivalent value.
