Minor Overview

About this minor
The Education minor introduces students to the fascinating field of learning. Learning builds the knowledge, understandings, skills, beliefs and values that allow humans to flourish and participate in society. Education is a lifelong process and is an essential component of professional and personal growth within dynamic professional contexts. The minor is not a teacher education minor and as such will not lead to a teaching degree. Interested students may however wish to consider undertaking a Master of Teaching (M.Teach) after completion of their undergraduate degree. For students taking a minor which shares units with their other unit sets (majors or minors): in order for minors to be recognised on academic and graduation documents, students may only have a maximum of one unit overlapping between their unit sets.
